One of those days // Ways to cope

It goes without saying that we all tend to have ‘one of those days’ where things don’t go to plan, we feel a little down and the little one just doesn’t want to be co-operative in the slightest. Sometime the only way to deal with it is to go back to bed. But when you have a child it’s not as easy as that, they may not want to sleep, and even if they do it might only be for half an hour! We’ve written up a little list of things you can do to make your ‘one-of-those-days’ day more bearable!

15. Reminisce on old times
16. Window shop
17. Window shop for holidays
18. Clear out cupboards, clear space - clear mind
19. Pamper yourself
20. Have a bath together
21. Go for a drive
